BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER BAKE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. instant rice

Mix soups, butter and Cheez Whiz. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in a 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Fresh cauliflower and broccoli may be substituted. Can be mixed a day in advance and refrigerated. Serves 6 to 8.
