PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 center cut pork chops
3 med. onions
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper
3 lbs. potatoes
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen or fresh cooked string beans

Arrange string beans in rectangular baking dish. Add a layer of pork chops. Peel and slice potatoes and make a layer. Add salt and pepper. Pour large can of crushed tomatoes over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for about an hour or until the tops of the potatoes are golden brown.
