PORK CHOP - APPLE CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
6 apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. lemon rind
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 c. brown sugar
1-2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon (about)
Dash ground cloves

Spray frying pan with Pam. Fry pork chops quickly on both sides until brown. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Top the pork chops with apples and rest of ingredients saving the orange juice.

In same frying pan place orange juice and add just a little water. Stir well to get all the goodness from the pan. Pour over pork chops and apples. Bake at 350 degrees until tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
