PORK CHOP CASSEROLE
Brown chops lightly. In buttered casserole dish, pour one cup UNCLE BEN'S® (orange box) rice. Add 1 can onion soup and 1 can beef broth (with onions) over rice. Lay pork chops on top. Bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees.
