PORK CHOP AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
Potatoes, as desired
Onions, as desired
Salted pork chops, as desired
Pepper as desired
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Peel the potatoes and onions, slice round. Layer the potatoes and onions alternately. Lay raw pork chops on top. Pour cream of mushroom soup on top. Add water, if needed. Bake at 300 degrees to 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered, turning chops. Remove cover and broil to lightly brown.

I added sliced apples and a touch of cinnamon to this. Also browned the pork chops before baking, and more mushroom soup, used red onions. Really good! Would be good with fresh mushrooms too.
