FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. head of cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Add salt to cabbage and let stand one hour. Drain and add carrot and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and boil one minute. Let cool and pour over slaw. Put in freezer containers and freeze until ready to use.
