FREEZER SLAW 
2 head cabbage
2 carrots
2 green peppers
2 tsp. salt

DRESSING:

4 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Soak first 4 ingredients in ice water before grinding and soak in juice plus ice for 1 hour after grinding.

Prepare dressing: Boil 1 minute and let cool. Pour over slaw after you put slaw in freezer containers. (We drain some of the dressing off and add mayonnaise after thawing and before serving.)
