Pork Chop Potato Onion Casserole

I was using very thin pork chops - so I browned one side and sealed the other. I microwaved the potatoes slices for 4 minutes before I layered them. I used 3 onions instead of 1 plus & added some sliced carrots and sliced mushrooms. I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of celery. and I poured it on the casserole before adding the pork chops. I topped the casserole with the chops browned side up instead of layering them with the potatoes. 325°F was too low for my oven so I cooked at temp 350°F for 1 hr. After 1/2 hour I turned the casserole pan around in my oven to make sure it cooked evenly. The thin chops were very moist and there was a delicious gravy thru out the dish. Enjoy!
