PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 cans sauerkraut
6 shoulder chops
1 tsp. sugar
1 small onion
2 tbsp. applesauce

Mix onion, sugar and applesauce with sauerkraut. Pour into baking dish. Lay chops around top of sauerkraut.

Bake 300°F for 2 1/2 hours.
