COMPANY BREAKFAST 
1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage or cubed ham
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
6 slices white bread, cut into 1/4 in. cubes (remove crusts)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown crumbled meat and drain or dice cooked ham. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Stir in bread, meat, and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Refrigerate covered overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Makes breakfast so easy. Serve with warm muffins and fresh fruit.
