POT ROAST FOR COMPANY 
2 1/2 lbs. boneless beef of your choice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. catsup or 1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. msutard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. onion

Place meat in Dutch oven or casserole with tight lid. Sprinkle spices on meat. (Do not brown meat.) Add all other ingredients. Stir a bit. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Will be very tender. Skim any fat from sauce and use sauce for delicious gravy.
