A - Z BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. "A-Z"
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, if desired
1 c. raisins, boiled

Sift together dry ingredients excluding sugar. Set aside. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add oil and sugar. Cream well. Add A-Z and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add raisins and nuts, if desired. Pour into greased baking pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

"A-Z":

"A-Z" can equal 2 cups of almost anything. For example:

Apples, grated
Applesauce
Apricots, chopped
Bananas, mashed
Blueberries
Carrots, grated
Cherries, pitted & chopped
Eggplant, ground up
Figs, finely chopped
Grapes, seedless
Honey, omit sugar
Lemons, 1/2 c. juice
Marmalade, omit 1 c. sugar
Mincemeat
Oranges, chopped
Peaches, chopped & drained
Pears, chopped
Peppermint, 1/2 c.
Pineapple, crushed & drained
Plums
Prunes, 1 c. chopped
Pumpkin, canned
Raspberries
Rhubarb, finely chopped
Strawberries, drained
Sweet potatoes, coarsely grated
Tapioca, cooked
Tomatoes, use 1/2 c. sugar only
Yams, cooked & mashed
Yogurt, plain or flavored
Zucchini, grated & drained
