COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. medium noodles
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, on medium temperature, cook meat and onion until meat is lightly brown and onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat. Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions; drain well. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, and pepper. Toss with hot noodles. Place 1/2 of noodle mixture in greased shallow 3 quart baking dish. Top with half of meat sauce. Layer remaining noodles and meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
