BETH'S COMPANY CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 box (8 oz.) med. wide noodles
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 container (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted

In a large, heavy skillet, melt the butter. Add the meat and cook and stir until the pink color is gone. Stir in tomato sauce. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender and drain.

In a bowl, blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and green pepper. In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, arrange half of the noodles in a layer. Spread with the cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles and spoon on the melted butter. Spoon the meat mixture over the noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
