"COMPANY'S COMING" CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1 stewing chicken
2 c. chicken broth
1 box Stove Top dressing - chicken flavor
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook chicken, unseasoned, in enough water to have 2 cups broth. Bone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Lay chicken in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix the 2 packets of Stove Top dressing together (dry) and pour over chicken. Mix butter, soup and warm broth. Mix well and pour over chicken and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Can be made ahead and freezes well.
