EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE BUT FANCY
ENOUGH FOR COMPANY
 
Bone chicken breast. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Spread 2 or 3 cans of cream of chicken soup on top. Amount of soup depends on amount of breasts. Two cans should be plenty for 5 people.

You can also use chicken thighs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours. I use my large glass cake (9 x 12) dish for this. A baked potato and vegetable makes a good meal.
