2 lbs. hamburger
14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. noodles
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger. Drain. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat and mix. Cook noodles, drain. Combine cheeses, sour cream and garlic powder. Butter 3 quart casserole dish; pour in half the meat mixture; layer with half of noodles. Cover with all of cheese mixture. Top with remaining noodles. Top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
