COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine or milk
1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter

Prepare a 9x13 inch dish with Pam spray. Arrange chicken breasts in bottom of dish. Place one slice of cheese on each breast. Dilute soup with wine or milk and pour over cheese covered chicken. Sprinkle dry stuffing crumbs over top. Drizzle with melted butter over crumbs. Bake 350 for approximately 50 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Serves 6.
