COMPANY COMING CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can corn, drained
1 can French style string beans, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. sliced almonds
1/2 stick butter
Ritz crackers

Mix corn, beans, sour cream and celery, green peppers, cheese and soup together. Pour in long casserole dish. Crumble 2 1/4 cups crackers on top. Pour butter over crackers. Put almonds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
