COMPANY BRISKET OF BEEF 
5-6 lb. trimmed brisket
1 (3 oz.) bottle of liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce, or make your own

May use 1/4 teaspoon of each in powder form and increase salt by 1 teaspoon.

Pour 3 ounce bottle of liquid smoke over beef in baking pan. Sprinkle with celery, onion, and garlic salt (or powder). Place in refrigerator overnight.

Sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake in preheated 275 degree oven for 5 hours. Uncover and pour barbecue sauce over meat. Bake 1 more hour.
