1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (1 lb.) can spinach, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. cooked, drained noodles

Cook and stir beef in a large skillet; drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasonings and noodles. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onions. Set aside.

Spread half of the meat and noodle mixture in a 9"x13" baking dish. Spread spinach over layer, then cream cheese mixture. Add remaining meat mixture as top layer. Sprinkle surface with shredded cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Yield: 12 servings.
