HAMBURGER, SPINACH, NOODLE
CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE)
 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Cook spinach as directed on package. Crumble ground beef and cook on High for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir, then combine spinach, mushroom soup, cheese and seasonings. Return to oven and heat on high until hot through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
