PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Bake at 350 degrees. Grease 15 x 10 inch pan. Combine all bar ingredients, except nuts and raisins; beat until moistened. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Makes 48. Store in refrigerator.
