PUMPKIN BARS 
Beat this together:

4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (1 pie size)
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Sift:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. each: allspice, nutmeg, cloves

Add dry ingredients to above mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into 11 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese

Beat until smooth; frost bars and keep refrigerated.
