1 cup butterscotch chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 cups corn flakes Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over hot, but not boiling water; stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Add corn flakes and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or buttered pan. | |

I used a double boiler to melt everything. Meaning I put a metal mixing bowl on top of a pot of boiling water.
I then dropped them on to silicone mats and put one in the freezer and one in the fridge to test how they would hold? They both kept their shape! I was surprised. These are very easy! And delicious.
