BONELESS CHICKEN CUTLETS IN CORN
FLAKES CRUMBS
 
6 to 8 chicken cutlets
Kens or a fat free Italian dressing
Corn Flakes crumbs

Marinate 6 or 8 chicken cutlets in Kens, or a fat free, Italian dressing for an hour or two. Heavily coat both sides of the cutlets in Corn Flake crumbs. Place on cookie sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with Pam, or whatever, and bake in a 325 degree oven for about forty five minutes to an hour. QUICK, EASY AND YUMMY!

This sounds great. I would like to modify to make into bite size chicken nuggets since I am serving buffet - what do you think the cooking time/temperature should be for that modification?
