BONELESS CHICKEN CUTLETS IN CORN
FLAKES CRUMBS
 
6-8 chicken cutlets
Fat free Italian dressing (parve)
Corn Flake crumbs

Marinate 6 or 8 chicken cutlets in a fat free Italian dressing for an hour or 2. Heavily coat both sides of the cutlets in Corn Flake crumbs. Place on cookie sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with Pam, or whatever, and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 45 minutes to an hour. Quick, Easy and Yummy!
