Kids love these! 3 cups corn flake cereal 1 cup butterscotch chips 1/4 cup peanut butter Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and add cornflakes. Stir until well coated. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool and enjoy! Submitted by: Amanda | |

I used a double boiler to melt everything. Meaning I put a metal mixing bowl on top of a pot of boiling water.
I then dropped them on to silicone mats and put one in the freezer and one in the fridge because...idk? Too test if they'd hold? They both kept their shape! I was surprised. These are very easy! And delicious.
