1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
5 c. corn flakes

Butter a dish to drop cookies on. Mix sugar and syrup in saucepan. Heat until it strikes a boil. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Add corn flakes. Stir until corn flakes are well coated with peanut butter mixture. Drop on buttered dish.
