NEXT RECIPE:  OATMEAL CANDY

CRUNCHIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 1/2 to 4 cups corn flakes

Melt chips and add peanut butter; stir in corn flakes. Mix well.

Drop from spoon onto waxed paper. Let cool.

Yup, this recipe, as is, works.
I used a double boiler to melt everything. Meaning I put a metal mixing bowl on top of a pot of boiling water.

I then dropped them on to silicone mats and put one in the freezer and one in the fridge to test how they would hold? They both kept their shape! I was surprised. These are very easy! And delicious.
