SALAD WITH RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
DRESSING
 
SALAD:

Romaine lettuce (torn into bite size pieces)
Green avocado
Red onion
Red/green bell pepper

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 c. raspberry wine
1/4 c. ground hazelnuts
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 lg. lemon, squeezed
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 pinch cardamom
Garlic to taste

Mix all ingredients together to dress salad. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
