CHICKEN-FRIED PORK CHOPS 
4 good sized pork chops, fat trimmed
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. water
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
Seasoning salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Peanut oil for pan frying

Whip the eggs with 3 tbsp. water to make an egg wash. Mix the remaining ingredients except the oil, together and place on a plate. Dip the chops into the egg wash and then into the coating mix. Pan fry in a bit of oil over medium heat until golden brown and done to your taste.
