CHICKEN-FRIED PORK CHOPS 
12 good sized pork chops
6 eggs, beaten
9 tbsp. water
3/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. cornmeal
Season salt to taste (recipe below)
Black pepper to taste
Peanut oil for pan frying

Whip the eggs with 9 tablespoons water to make an egg wash. Mix the remaining ingredients except the oil. Dip the chops into the egg wash and then into the coating mix. Pan fry in a bit of oil over medium heat until brown and done. Serves 12.

SEASONING SALT:

3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. celery salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Mix together. Keep in a sealed jar. Makes 1/3 cup.

Very interesting recipe. I like especially the seasoning salt ingredients. Will be trying this tonight using 3 chops. Plus, I have all the ingredients on hand, so I don't have to go to the store. I love this site!!

Made your recipe again today but I smothered the chops w/ gravy. What I really liked was not having to pull out alot of seasonings b/c I had your seasoning salt recipe already made up. I'll probably make a double batch and store it in a bigger container. Thanx again. Now I have another pork chop recipe that I absolutely love. I really appreciate all you guys.
