BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Oil for fry pan
1 lg. can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. finely diced celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in hot skillet. Place in shallow greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
