PARMESAN POTATOES 
1 cube butter
6 lg. potatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Onion salt (optional)

Slice butter onto cookie sheet. Put into oven at 375 degrees until melted. Set aside. Cut potatoes into wedges lengthwise. In a bag, combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Shake potatoes in flour bag, then place on cookie sheet and put into oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn half way through cooking.
