CANDY OYSTERS 
1/3 c. softened butter
1/3 c. corn syrup, room temp.
1 lb. powdered sugar, approx. 3 1/2 c.
1 tsp. any flavoring - vanilla, almond or mint

Mix butter and syrup. Knead in powdered sugar. (Keep moist and soft.) Shape into balls. Dip in melted chocolate. Roll in crushed salted peanuts.
