COCONUT CANDY 
2 pkgs. powdered sugar
14 oz. coconut
1/2 lb. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. mint or almond extract (I like 2 tsp. vanilla instead)
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Roll into 1" balls, freeze until hard. Melt 1 bag chocolate chips and 1/4 pound paraffin together. Dip frozen balls in mixture and place on waxed paper.
