BEEF TERIYAKI 
1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion sliced thinly
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. of oil
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. strips of green pepper
2 c. bouillon (beef)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
2 tbsp. water

Brown beef with onion and garlic in oil. Add the ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce, and water. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Cover. Follow cooking time on rice box or until vegetables are cooked. Serves 4 main dish helpings.
