TERIYAKI ROAST BEEF | |
6 to 7 lbs. boned roast 1 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 tbsp. ground ginger 1 tbsp. ground mustard 8 cloves garlic, minced Mix all ingredients. Marinate overnight. Roast at 325 degrees until rare, about 4 hours. Baste while roasting. |
