BEEF TERIYAKI 
4 lb. flank or sirloin top steak, sliced very thin

Cut into strips. Cover with sauce and marinate 24 hours. Place meat in layers, add bit of ground ginger and garlic salt to each layer.

MIX:

3 tbsp. honey OR
4 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
2 c. soy sauce
1 c. water

Pour over meat. Broil on outside barbecue for 4 - 5 minutes. Serves 4 - 6 people.
