BEEF/CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
1 lb. beef chuck strips/chicken strips
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. bouillon
4 c. cooked rice
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. red/green pepper strips
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown beef, onion and garlic in saucepan and oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Add rice. Serves 4 people.
