SESAME CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, poached cut into strips
1 yellow or red pepper, julienne
1 can water chestnuts, cut in half
5 green scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 doz. snow peas blanched for 1 minute

Toss together all above ingredients. Put into jar and mix well the following:

2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. teriyaki
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. safflower oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar (or white)
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. coriander
Sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours.
