SHARYN'S CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 skinless, boneless chicken halves, poached and diced 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1 bunch green onions 1/2 head lettuce (iceberg) 4 oz. slivered almonds 1 can chow mein noodles Mix all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Add dressing (below), then toss with chow mein noodles. DRESSING: 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1/2 c. vegetable oil |
