TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
2 c. soy sauce
2 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. white rice cooking wine
1 lg. yellow onion
1 tbsp. ginger powder
1 tbsp. garlic

Bring sauce to boil in pan. Add chicken and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve over rice and with frozen peas. Can be cooked in crock pot. Marinade can be frozen.
