OVEN-BAKED ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken cut up

Mix well egg, orange juice concentrate and soy sauce. In small bowl, thoroughly mix bread crumbs, paprika and salt. Melt butter in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sip chicken in soy sauce and orange juice mixture. Then coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken skin side up in baking dish making sure sides don't touch. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Bake about 50 minutes or until tender uncovered and unturned.
