TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
Filet of breast
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1 med. onion
Garlic clove
Rice (brown)
2 tbsp. oil

Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce 24 hours. Cut up onions in 1/4's. Crush garlic clove.

Heat skillet medium hot with oil. Stir in garlic and onion. Brown 1 minute. Add chicken (whole or cut up). Cook until done. Serve over rice with vegetables.
