SAUTEED SEASONED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head of cauliflower
1 tbsp. pesto
1 tsp. pinch garlic salt
1 tsp. Spanish style paprika
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Cut the cauliflower down into bite-sized pieces. Add cauliflower and pesto into a cold, non-stick sauté pan.

Turn the heat on to medium-high. Add garlic salt and paprika.

Stir or toss until cauliflower is evenly coated with seasonings. Continue to saute until cauliflower just begins to brown.

Add butter, turn heat down to medium-low, and cover. Stir every few minutes.

When the cauliflower is soft (easy to cut with your stirring utensil), remove from the heat and give a final toss. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
