ROAST BEEF HASH | |
2 c. leftover roast beef, ground 2 c. minced onion 2 c. diced potatoes 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter Water Melt butter in heavy skillet. Cook onions in butter until transparent. Add potatoes and cook until done. Add roast beef and enough water to hold all ingredients together. Let simmer uncovered until brown, turn, and brown other side. |
