ROAST BEEF HASH PIE 
2 (15 oz.) cans roast beef hash
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix

Combine hash and 1 egg. Press lightly into greased 9 inch pie plate to form crust. Sprinkle cheese into hash crust. Mix remaining eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Blend in milk and pour over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.

Next time I'll only use one can of the hash, and will add seasonings. Otherwise it was quite good for either dinner OR breakfast!
