garlic
pinch of coriander
crushed chili pepper
1 1/2 heaping tbsp. Bisquick mix

Mix egg to hash; add garlic, coriander, chili pepper and Bisquick mix and form into a 1 tablespoon size ball. Then pat down; flatten and fry. Oil should not be high.
